Vertical profiles for panel clamp system ATK102

The vertical profiles made of aluminum are part of the ATK102 subframe system for façade clips for ventilated rainscreen façades. These profiles are used exclusively for this system, as they have a clamp channel that allows the façade clamps to be inserted and fixed. They are used for vertical load transfer of the occurring loads and transfer them to the subsequent substructure elements. The vertical profiles are connected to the other subframe elements with system rivets or self-tapping screws. Together with the wall holders of the ATK100 system and their projection, the geometry of the vertical profile determines the façade offset. This system also enables the compensation of structural tolerances of the building substrate. Depending on the shape of the panel, the façade panels can be fixed to the vertical profiles either visibly or concealed in the joint. Different geometries allow applications for all cladding materials. The profiles are available in 6 m lengths as standard.
